The service was atrocious... The tax accountant spent the majority of the time complaining about the system, and given the cost we expected a smooth filing with the IRS, but the form was done incorrectly, which cost extra to fix (but not to send in, as they refused to do so).

Turbo Tax, Tax Act, even by yourself with the old-fashioned form & paper are all supremely more efficient, cheaper, and accurate.
